This policy covers aqlolabs.com and the services of AQLO LABS LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("AQLO LABS", "we", "us"). Our product Aqlo at aqlo.ai has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
When you contact us
The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, company, the package you are interested in, and a project description. We receive this by email so we can reply, and we send an automatic confirmation to the address you enter.
When you pay for a package
Payments are handled by Stripe on its own checkout page. Stripe collects your card details and billing information; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us your email address, billing country, the amount paid, and the package you bought so we can start the project and keep tax records.
When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and actions such as sending the contact form or starting checkout. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. We have turned off Google's optional data-sharing settings and Google Signals for our account, so this data is not used for ad personalization. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) and font provider (Google Fonts) receive your IP address and browser details when they deliver pages and fonts, as part of normal web operation.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries, scope projects, and deliver the services you buy
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- To protect the site against spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and our business, and only for the purposes above: Stripe (payments), Google (analytics and fonts), Vercel (hosting), and Hostinger (email). We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and project correspondence are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for up to three years after our last contact. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as tax law requires (generally seven years). Google Analytics keeps event-level data for two months and user-level data for up to 14 months; after that only aggregated reports remain.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask for a copy of it. Depending on where you live (for example California, New Jersey, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. Email info@aqlolabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
International visitors
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the site you understand that your information may be processed outside your country.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, payments never touch our servers, and access to inquiries is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The site and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
